Sunridge Eastvale Sunrooms & Patios, eastvalesunroomspatios.com, office@eastvalesunroomspatios.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and the services Sunridge Eastvale Sunrooms & Patios offers to homeowners. By using the site, asking for an estimate or booking work with us, you agree to them.

If you hire us for a job, we'll give you a written contract for that project. Where the contract and these terms say different things, the contract wins for that job.

What we do

We're a sunroom contractor serving Eastvale, CA and the cities around it. We design and build sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers, and we remodel existing sunrooms. Our full list of services is on our home page.

What's on this website is general information to help you understand the work. It isn't a quote, a design or advice for your particular house, because we can't give you any of those until we've seen the site in person.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and done on site, with no pressure to book. After we've looked at your house, we'll give you a written estimate based on what we can see and what you've asked for.

An estimate isn't a final price until it becomes part of a signed contract. The price can change before then if material costs move, if you change the size, materials or features of the room, or if permit and inspection requirements call for work we didn't plan on.

Once a job is underway, we sometimes find conditions nobody could see beforehand, such as a weak slab, hidden damage or framing that needs repair. When that happens, we'll stop and explain what we found, and we won't do the added work until you've approved the change and its cost in writing.

Scheduling and cancellation

Start and finish dates we give you are our best estimate, not a promise. Weather, permit approvals, inspections and material deliveries can all move a schedule, and we'll let you know as soon as we see a delay coming.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as early as you can. Your contract will explain what you owe if you cancel, which usually covers work already done and any custom materials we've ordered for your project that can't be returned.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right to cancel that California law gives you.

Payment terms

Your written contract sets the total price, any deposit, the payment schedule and the ways you can pay. Payments are due on the dates or project stages the contract names.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is brought current, and the schedule will shift by that time. We'll talk with you before it gets to that point.

Warranties and disclaimers

Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written into your contract. Materials and products such as glass, vinyl, aluminum and roofing panels carry their makers' warranties, and we'll pass along those details so you know what's covered and how to keep it valid.

This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that every detail is complete or current, and we make no other warranties about the site or its content beyond what the law requires.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sunridge Eastvale Sunrooms & Patios isn't responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information.

For work we do on your house, our responsibility is set by your contract and by California law. These terms don't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow a business to limit.

Resolving a disagreement

If something isn't right, call us first at (951) 416-3048 or reach us through our contact page. Most problems get settled quickly when we can talk them through and come look at the work.

If we can't settle it that way, either of us may take the matter to a state or federal court in California that has jurisdiction over the county where the work was done, unless your contract sets out a different process.

Governing law

These terms, and any project we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be on this page. Changes apply to your use of the site from the time they're posted, but a signed contract keeps the terms that were in place when you signed it.
